BREAST REDUCTION

Estetik meme küçültme ameliyatı, dış görünümü düzeltmek amacı ile büyük ve sarkık memelerin küçültülmesi işlemidir. Her ne kadar işlem kozmetik amaçlı gibi gözüksede bir çok kadında, memelerin büyüklüğünün oluşturduğu boyun ve sırt ağrılarının giderilmesine, postür (duruş) bozukluklarının düzeltilmesine, meme altında gözlenen cilt tahriş ve pişiklerinin tedavisine katkıda bulunmaktadır.

Aesthetic breast reduction surgery is the reduction of large and sagging breasts to improve their appearance. While the procedure may appear cosmetic, it also helps many women alleviate neck and back pain caused by large breasts, correct posture problems, and treat skin irritation and rashes under the breast.

General techniques involve removing excess breast tissue and skin through incisions extending from the nipple to the inframammary fold, and reshaping the breast cone by elevating the nipple. The resulting incisions are invisible and within tissue folds, resulting in a remarkably good recovery, depending on the individual.



This surgical procedure, performed under general anesthesia, takes approximately three to four hours. An overnight hospital stay is recommended. Return to social life is typically achieved within two to three days. It is recommended to avoid activities that require increased physical activity and those that may cause breast trauma for four to six weeks.



Early-term complications of this surgical procedure may include infection, bleeding, tissue malnutrition, and late-term complications such as changes in breast sensitivity, deformities, and inadequate mammary gland activity. Wound healing should be considered, especially in patients who smoke, have diabetes, or are overweight.
